Blue-white lights which can be seen moving around deep below the surface of the water of the lake at Klippika on certain nights.

Could these lights be similar to the moving lights seen at the bottom on the huge hole in the Rhukashim Library? These lights may be demonstrating activity in the Forge below. Is there similar under Klippika
