A large stone building in Rhukashim. It's doors seem to be sealed, needing blue bolts to open them

It has three floors.

On the first floor opposite the main door is a large stature on an octagonal plinth with the symbol of Ioun on it and carved flowers. The statue is 9ft tall and is a builder with its hands outstretched towards the doorway. There is an inscription on the pedestal naming the Builder as Ioun!

The door has an opening mechanism on the inside.

Ground Floor

The ground floor room is about a 1/3 of the width of the space, with two wings on each side.

The right wing has a corridor with three rooms of it, labelled with builder numbers, 1, 2 and 3 and the Goblin word for "Theatre". The rooms contains about 80 seats facing a stage. Behind the stage is a screen which has flicking runes on it which appear to be some sort of magic spell. Room 3 has a huge 40ft hole in the floor and a breeze blowing up from beneath with hint of an ozone smell. The hole is very deep, probably at least 300ft deep. It is lit from the bottom with cracking blue light from things that seem to be moving. There seems to be three distinct sources that pass/move the same route every few seconds.

The left wing is damp and the door is blocked by large amounts of fungus. There are 3 doors towards the outside edge of the building and a larger open space at the end of the corridor. The doors have "washroom" in Goblin on them and appear to be bathrooms. Opposite as a kitchen room.

Second Floor

The stairwell rises from the ground floor to a mezzanine with a mural on the wall. There are two doors from here which lead to the first floor of the wings. The left wing is filled with some sort of webbing, like spiderwebs but made of a metallic substance, smells strongly of damp and fungus, and has a corridor with a door at the end, and two doors on the left to two more rooms.

The first room is empty, but has a huge accumulation of webs which seem to have 3 nest in. Our theory is that these are used by the Antlike Constructs. There is a door here two the next room which is completely blocked by the webs.

The far room has piping on the back wall with taps on. They seem to drip what appears to be water into troughs of the floor. It appears to be some sort of hydroponics area. The troughs are filled with an edible fungus.

The far door leads to a stairwell which heads up to the third floor with mouldering banners and pennants of Senanine (A tree with stars in) hanging from the walls.

The right hand wing has are tattered blankets hanging from the ceiling marking off areas. It may be that the second floor was used as a refuge and contains abandoned personal effects.

Third Floor

The third floor is a large room and has rows and rows of bookshelves containing mouldering remains of books. There are windows on the front and back of the building, overlooking the park to the front and the large toward to the rear. There are two platforms, raised on small plinths with Goblin runes around.

The runes on the plinths say "Avatar Teacher Ioun" and are ancient builder teaching mechanisms

The front of the room has 2 doors in it. The one on the left lead to a small office or some sort with a desk in and a bedroom in the room beyond. There is a plaque on the wall identifying it as is Gazzik the Librarian's room.

On the right, is a room with Filligree Tables with four domes around it. This room is marked with a plaque for "Messages". There is writing on the walls above the domes: "Vakarune", "Qaratta", "Ekkatha", "Celethak",
