A stepped tower with three tiers in the middle of Rhukashim, positioned behind the Rhukashim Library. It is around 200 feet tall

The tower is goblin made, and built to look grand, and with larger proportions than the other buildings. The building has writing on it which suggests this is a "central gathering place". Perhaps like a town hall.

Inside the ground floor seems to be a large space which seems to be a dining area with tables, chairs and stone carved trees. There seem to be alcoves which look like they would be for food stalls. The ceiling is very high around 60ft tall.

There is a gallery/mezzanine for the second floor with more stalls.

The right side of the building has a collapsed stairwell to the gallery. There are words in Goblin saying "To Gallery. Assistance Point above you. Cloth/Haberdashers/Clothing".
