Tech allowing "Avatars" to appear and interact with the person operating it. Avatar Teacher Ioun is an example, found in the top of the Rhukashim Library

Connecting to them seems to cause pain and is difficult to maintain as the tech doesn't seem to be designed for mere mortals? (Or at least the Wood Elf who tried it)
