Gramel Mountain buildings

Some low lying small stone buildings on top of a set of mountains/hills north of the road close to Gramel. Lights were seen at night coming from them, so they are possible inhabited.

You can see them to the right when heading along the north road towards Gramel. Might be fortifications. Appear to mostly be of elvish design, but have gnomish features.
