A ruined inn in the courtyard outside Heskaron's Tower.
Has a secret thieves cant message scratched into the back for the bar warning of dangers in the tower and that there may be loot in the Cave. It appears to have been left by a small creature (Goblin, Halfing, Kobold etc).
Also has a bardic Elven ghost that wasn't immediately hostile. Instead it played a tune and disappear when tipped by throwing a coin in it's ghostly cap.
