Builder Tunnels
Entry to the Builder tunnels was originally found through a hatch in The Blightwood. This hatch opened to a very large sized ladder that dropped down quite a long way, potentially 200-300 feet. The tunnels were constructed by the Builders and parts are inhabited by Myconids and a huge magical tree growing in the one unblocked tunnel.
The walls are made of stone, but have been penetrated by vines. The stone have something glittering in it. The floor of the tunnels is paved stone. Beneath the hatch is a bell shaped chamber, with six exits from it, presumable into more tunnels. 5 of them are blocked with stones where they had caved in, leaving one which was covered in vines.
Each of the tunnels has a builder rune or glyph above it, potentially indicating the destination of the tunnel. These are:
- 'boat gate' - blocked - Might lead in the direction of Klippika
- 'forge' - blocked - Might lead in the direction of The Temple of Power
- 'big cart' - blocked
- 'encampment' - blocked - Might head towards Qaratta
- 'apothecary' - blocked - Might head towards The Temple of Healing
- 'life stuff test place' - Covered in vines. Leads to the Myconid Settlement
