The Delvings
There are a series of cities beneath the mountains of Gramel filled with Deep Gnomes, Dwarves, Stone Elves and Myconids.
The Delvings start from a tunnel at the back of The Fringes
The tunnels are lit with phosphorescent fungus. There are rails and pulley systems moving things around.
25 minutes down the tunnel and it ends at an enormous almost spherical void. Partly natural, partly worked, it's filled with houses, temples, lights, lanterns. It is filled with music, noise of mining machinery and tools. There are pools of water in the distance. There appear to be neat rows of plants, which look like an orchard. There is a vast pit surrounded with a fence in the middle of the builings. This is the Upper Delvings, a small city underground.
