The Tower of observation lies in The Quiet Wood, half and hour's walk south-west from The Temple of Power.
It is a truncated cone, roughly 60' high, 20' across at the base, 10' across at the top. The walls are fairly smooth and featureless, save for the glyph shown above on one side. The top is somewhat broken, with pieces on the floor of the wood below. At the top is a single open space with a circular floor, which looks over the canopy of the wood. In the middle of the floor is an 8" wide depression, containing a socket and a white Bolt which is imbued with Divination magic.
When it was discovered, it also contained a white crystal, which was removed for later study.
