A squat two tier building with a single door.
Filled with black dust causing necrotic damage. Has builder images around the room, seeming to interact with human and goblin like creatures
Seems to be at the nexus of a loads of black threads, many seeming to come from the towards the valley. (perhaps the power station?)
The building has some sort of visual recording and replaying equipment (Asteri Recording Device) inside which was attached via three power cables. When attached, the crystals recordings played on pedestals around the building. It appears to have been some sort of gallery.
