The Builders were a race of tall, blue six-fingered humanoids who lived and disappeared before the known history of any of the races of the world begins. They left behind many structures and artifacts, whose purpose remains a mystery.
The most striking legacy of the Builders is the Builder Network, a world-spanning teleportation network recently discovered by adventurers from The Valley.
The Ancient Elves seemed to call them Asteri.
