A small elven tent settlement on the west of The Plains, nestled at the foot of the mountains. The settlement has a population of 40-50 wood elves and half-elves, and is about 1.5 days on foot from Aldalorna. Leading into the mountains from Halda is the Creller Pass, a haunted pass towards Duhlmora.

In the elvish language, halda means "veiled", or "hidden in shadow" - the settlement is in the shade of nearby mountain peaks for much of the late afternoon and evening.
