Woods End Fort

An ancient elven fort in the mountains near Woods End. Called "Wëodursenda" in Elvish. Notes recovered here indicate the elves were working on something codenamed Umbra.
It's cursed!
Built during the Elven Civil War it reportedly housed weapons used against the Dwarves and other elves. It belonged to Taurhopa.
It was sealed and abandoned by the elves, as if they discovered something, or needed to stay away. Rumours are about "living machinery" and ancient magic.
It might be here where the Blood Guardians were created.
There appears to be some way to activate Waldo Statues here, but might be damaged as it has caused some faceless corpses!
