Where Arabella Goldensong's fleet of skyships were built. The name means "City of Ships", or "Ship City" in the elven language.
The emblem of the city is a sailing ship under a six-pointed star. Ruins of a former Ciraminan barracks can be found north of the Kurin Forest, and were used as an overnight stop by Aila, Dramble, Kallista, Newt and Xyrxina on their way back from Black Crag.
