A legendary halfling explorer who - through use of Builder artifacts - managed to sail great distances. She was based somewhere on the plains and disappeared around a thousand years ago while planning to cross the northern mountains.
When Queen Merielle of Klippika first heard of the halfling Marla Cloudsong she was struck by the name and wondered if there might be a connection between her new visitor and Arabella.
