A ruined inn in the courtyard outside Heskaron's Tower.
The inn was seen to have been historically looted, leaving all obvious loot. THe looters also added a secret thieves cant message, scratched into the back of the bar. It warns of dangers in the tower and that there may be loot in the Cave. It appears to have been left by a small creature (Goblin, Halfing, Kobold etc).
On a thorough search, some gold coins were found which had an 8 pointed star, similar to sigils seen at Klippika
Also has a bardic Elven ghost that wasn't immediately hostile. Instead it played a tune and disappear when tipped by throwing a coin in it's ghostly cap. It seems that if banished in this way, he will return the next day.
