A legendary halfling explorer who - through use of Builder artifacts - managed to sail great distances. She was based somewhere on the plains and disappeared around a thousand years ago.
When Queen Merielle of Klippika first heard of the halfling Marla Cloudsong she was struck by the name and wondered if there might be a connection between her new visitor and Arabella.
