		+	On the second night of the festival, during the set of [[Deep Octarine]], without warning a Wraith rose from the sea, and started to make it's way through the docks and into the city - seemingly making a beeline for the inner city. Anyone who stood in it's way was quickly dispatched and raised as a spectre. After a couple of hours the wraith paused in it's destruction, then turned around and returned from wence it came, leaving city leaders at a loss to explain what had happened.
