The Delvings

There are a series of cities beneath the mountains of [[Gramel]] filled with [[Deep Gnomes]], Dwarves, Stone Elves and Myconids.

The Delvings start from a tunnel at the back of [[The Fringes]]

The tunnels are lit with phosphorescent fungus. There are rails and pulley systems moving things around.

25 minutes down the tunnel and it ends at an enormous almost spherical void. Partly natural, partly worked, it's filled with houses, temples, lights, lanterns. It is filled with music, noise of mining machinery and tools. There are pools of water in the distance. There appear to be neat rows of plants, which look like an orchard. There is a vast pit surrounded with a fence in the middle of the builings.
This is the Upper Delvings, a small city underground.

There is a winding stone path which heads down the pit towards the Middle Delvings.

==The Middle Delvings==

The Middle Delvings is much less touristy and more mining oriented than the Upper delvings. At the bottom of the pit is a large mirror like pool, called the Shatterglass Pool. There is a stone bridge that goes the whole way over the pool. On the opposite site of the bridge to the buildings is a large fungal forest. The air seems to be filled with fungal spores which seem to be slightly hallucinogenic and might be flammable!

Beyond the forest is a long and winding tunnel that seems to leads to [[Breachport]] and [[The Breach]], a stone gateway between the Middle and Dark delvings.

Beyond the breach is the Dark Delvings.

The tunnels here are much more windy than above. The safer tunnels are marked with large grooves on the floor. Apparently the tunnels often seem to move/change.

The main tunnel from the Breach drops steeply down from here and is difficult going.

Below the breach there is cultivated moss on the walls of the tunnels which tends to be on the right hand side of tunnels when descending. When heading back towards the breach, this moss will be on the left.

Another circular room. [[Tirima's Ship]] continues to poke through the middle of the room to the upper floors. The room has some corpses in and three large metals tanks in with writing on. The writing is like a stave with 4 lines on. All read: Ammonium Percolate.

There is a broken vat, which appeared to contain a [[Flesh Golem]] which was defeated on the above floor.

The tanks and the vats don't match the broken machinery around the room.

The corpses came to life when people get close. They seem to be wired/attached to the ship up the center of the room, but were defeated.

The floor is solid metal across struts but buckled and bent due to the ship poking through the middle.

Peeking through the gaps in the floor due to the buckling, you can hear a cracking popping sound and see a flicking blue curtain of energy (100-200 feet below). The walls of the ship continues downwards, widening as it goes.

There is an opening into the ship from here which appears to be organic. Ovoid, muscular, slightly squishy. It reacted to a mental command to open!

This is a large circular corridor 60ft from side to side.

There is v large mechanical door on the inside of the circle, opposite a smaller, broken door which leads to a corridor towards the [[Abandoned Cultist Camp]]
It is patrolled by [[Iron Defender]]'s, fungal giants, and an enormous metal beast, the [[Steel Predator]].

The center of the room is another circular shape which is the Foundry Core. The walls are mesh letting a dark dark black/green glow come through. It feels wrong. In the center is an object which has broken through the floor. It has some sort of mouth on the top with tentacles.

There is broken machinery all around and a number of stair [[further down into the Foundry]].

North east of the Corridor is a [[Cultist Camp]]

Central Foundry Corridor

This is a large circular corridor 60ft from side to side.

There is v large mechanical door on the inside of the circle, opposite a smaller, broken door which leads to a corridor towards the [[Abandoned Cultist Camp]]

There is a dark dark black/green glow coming through the far wall. It feels wrong. It is patrolled by [[Iron Defender]]'s, fungal giants, and an enormous metal beast, the [[Steel Predator]].

Through the mechanical door leaves to a space with stairs [[further down into the Foundry]].

Abandoned Cultist Camp

Brys:

A 40ft square chamber with rounded corners. The chamber has the corpse of a [[Bronze Scout]] being picked on by the gold beetle constructs, and the remains of an abandoned campsite/settlement. There are effigies in the settlement. The effigies are cloaked and hooded figures with large pupiless eyes and tentacles where it's mouth is. They are rudimentary carved. It appears to be representing a female. Could this be [[Tirima]], the walker in Shadow? The campsite is long abandoned. Above the camp in

There are 4 exits, 2 are full sized corridors leading towards and away from the center and two smaller service tunnels remaining two walls. One of them has grill over it intact, but the other one is missing.

The corridor heading towards the core of the site curves left where there is a grill. Beyond the grill is faint phosphorescent fungi glowing. It then curves to the right. It is 8ft tall, 10ft wide. The corridor leads to a broken set of double doors. It's broken as if something has come through into the corridor with some force. Beyond here is [[Central Foundry Corridor]]
