 In the back of the cave is a smaller cave entrance with a very old Goblin corpse.  It had a backpack, a shortsword and a strange looking javelin.  The shaft has symbols on it and has lightning bolt shaped points.   The corpse has a necklace with a circular silver/plated tree emblem on it which is the religious symbol of Sehanine.
